There are several shipping options available depending on your location and the size of your order. You will be given options available based on your shipping address at check out. We typically ship FedEx to most locations in the US and Canada.

Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours after order processing is complete. There are occasions which an order may take longer to process.
Once your order is shipped an email will be sent with your order status and tracking information.

Backordered Items - A sales representative will contact you with an estimated availability date.
Your card is initially authorized for the purchase. It is not charged until your item(s) have been shipped.
FedEx ground shipping rates only apply to continental U.S. destinations.
Additional fees will be applied for shipping to Hawaii & Alaska. A customer service representative will contact you with your shipping costs.
International & overseas shipping is available. Any customs, duties or other fees associated with International shipments shall be paid for by receiver. If you would like to use your own shipping account number please call (951) 275-6894 for instructions and to process order. Please be aware that there are certain restrictions with some shippers when shipping chemicals.

Upon receiving your order please do the following before opening the items:
If shipment parcel(s) shows signs of shipping damage, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any parcel(s) damage at the time of delivery.
Check the item(s) for any visual delivery damage or defects in the item(s) original packaging.
Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
If you ordered multiples of one item, open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the packages.
Contact us within 5 days of receiving the items.
If you are wanting to return an item, please read the following and fill out the Return Authorization Form.
Send items back to us within 30-days in good/unused condition, and with the original packaging to get your money back.
If your order did not include a Return Authorization Form, please contact us (see below) for the form. This form must be completed and sent to us within 5 days of receiving the items.
Items must be returned in new unused condition.
A 20% service charge may be applied to all returned items falling under the first 5 day period. After 5 days, a 20% - 30% restocking fee will be applied.
When returning any item(s) that was shipped under a FREE SHIPPING promotion the credit will have the normal shipping fees for the item(s) deducted from its amount.
If the items are used, or opened we reserve the right to reject the returned product(s).
Any markings on the packaging put there by the consumer will constitute a rejected return.
Original shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the available credit.
Any refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Shipping the item(s) back without an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued from CityRestore may delay your refund.
Shipping cost and responsibility of the product back to CityRestore shall be that of the customers if the order was placed in customer error.
Product Policies & Exemptions
All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If there are any signs that the item has been used we reserve the right to apply up to a 50% restocking fee or refuse the return of the item. All return items must be in their original packaging.
